Zack, Kairi In Birth By Sleep!
A recent scan from Japanese gaming magazine, Jump, has revealed the presense of Kairi and Final Fantasy VII‘s Zack in Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep.

Zack appears in Olympus Coliseum, as pictured in various screenshots on the page, whereas Kairi can be seen in the bottom screenshot with Aqua in Radiant Gardens. Why is Aqua with Kairi? Why is Zack in Olympus Coliseum?

I’m dying to know how those three are acquainted with the king. So Kairi knows about Aqua?! I wonder why she didn’t say anthing in both KH1 and 2 games about her. Maybe she doesn’t remember?
She didn’t remember much about her past in Kingdom Hearts, she had some sort of amnesia. That’s why she was so eager to travel the worlds and start anew.
Kairi looked way too young to remember aqua, in the flashback of her with her “grandma” at hollow bastion in th first game, even the kairi in the picture looked way younger than the one in the flashback. Since she barely remembered that scene, doubt she will remember aqua.
I also find it funny that zack is in Olympus, him, then cloud, kinda funny
I’m definitely glad to see Zack, that’s for sure. Not so much because it’s Zack, but because it’s a Final Fantasy character. I’ve been hoping and hoping that they wouldn’t just leave them out like 358/2 Days, and bam, this showed up.
True. That makes sense guys. At this point, who knows what else we’ll find out! I wonder what the translations are of the scan?
A SOLDIER from FFVII and the King of the world make an appearance!!
Finally Zack form FFVII will be making his first appearance in the Kingdom Hearts series. And our always busy King Mickey, after much expectation by fans, has also been revealed! He’ll be making quite an appearance in this game!
You’ll have combined attacks with both Zack and the King!
When the heroes go to other worlds they will meet all sorts of charming companions! They will be able to borrow their power through something called a “D-LINK”!

He is an aloof soldier who appears in Olympus Colosseum. He is now in training to make himself stronger!

Linking with the King, Aqua can release the non-element attack “Holy” in lots of bullets of light.
You can even link with your friends during wireless play!
If you connect to the wireless you will be able to use “D-LINK” to link with your friends! Just set them and you’ll be able to use their abilities! Even a low level player would be able to use a high level attack this way!
