Axel and Saix’s Somebodies Revealed!

Scans from Famitsu recently revealed the appearance of Lea and Isa (Axel and Saix’s somebodies, respectively) in Radiant Garden. The two were first announced at Jump Fiesta 2010 this past week, and these are the first images of them to be released. As seen, the two are very young. It is unknown there place in Birth By Sleep.

New Birth By Sleep Scans, Boxart, and Commercial!

As we approach the Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep Japanese release, all sort of new art and info have begun to spill out. First and foremost, the boxart has been revealed, showing off Birth By Sleep’s three main characters and King Mickey. Keep in mind, this isn’t the actual boxart, but the art that will be used to create it.

Scans for the latest Famitsu have also surfaced, boasting the characters from Olympus Coliseum, Radiant Gardens, and Yen Sid’s Tower. It also shows off some of the CG that will be featured in Birth By Sleep, which looks to be fantastic. (thanks to KHInsider for the scans!)

Best of all, a Japanese trailer has also been put up on Youtube (in HD!), featuring some of the CG in motion as well as multiple new scenes for all characters. You can watch it here.

Zack, Kairi In Birth By Sleep!

A recent scan from Japanese gaming magazine, Jump, has revealed the presense of Kairi and Final Fantasy VII’s Zack in Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep.

Zack appears in Olympus Coliseum, as pictured in various screenshots on the page, whereas Kairi can be seen in the bottom screenshot with Aqua in Radiant Gardens. Why is Aqua with Kairi? Why is Zack in Olympus Coliseum?

Birth By Sleep Confirmed for Jump Fiesta 2010

The Square Enix Jump Fiesta 2010 (which strangely is held in 2009) website has just launched, revealing some initial games to be shown at the event. One of those games is our dearest Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep.

Jesse McCartney, Chris Sanders Confirmed for Birth By Sleep Voice Acting

Both Jesse McCartney and Chris Sanders have recently confirmed their part as voice actors in Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep as Ventus and Stitch, respectively. Jesse McCartney returning as Ventus shows just how similar the character is to Roxas.

McCartney and Sander’s confirmation of taking part in Birth By Sleep should signify that a release date reveal is close by!

HQ November Famitsu Scans

Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu has graciously released high quality scans from of Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep from their November issue. Take a look below and on the new Birth By Sleep images page!

Co-op in Birth By Sleep, New Screenshots

Japanese gaming magazine V-Jump has dropped some info on a new mode in Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep — a co-op mode. Players take control of one of the three heroes — Ven, Aqua, and Terra — in a world called Mirage Arena. It’s basically an arena mode, in which the trio fights in their armor as seen in the secret trailer.

It is unknown whether or not the mode will be Ad-Hoc, Infrastructure, or both.

As well as this new information, the magazine released several screenshots. The shots reveal the Peter Pan world, as well as some shots of the Mirage Arena world. Check them out below.

Official Japanse Birth By Sleep Site Opens, New Trailer

The official Japanese site for Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep opened today, boasting some character profiles and a brand new trailer. The trailer shows off some new cutscenes and Aqua gameplay for the first time. The site also holds the ‘Coming 2009′ statement, giving further proof that the game will release in Japan this year. Don’t count on it, though.
