While news has been incredibly slow for the Kingdom Hearts universe lately, I do have a small bit of information for everyone that might satisfy your cravings for Sora and the gang.

As some of you may be aware, the next Kingdom Hearts title will be released on the Nintendo 3DS, and will feature Sora and Riku as the main characters in stunning 3d. It has also been stated that it will be following KH2 in the chronology, and will be an immediate lead into KH3.

Now, a release date hasn’t been set yet for the game, nor has any substantial information been released for it. However, Nomura has stated that while the game received no attention at E3 last month like planned, it will be featured at the Tokyo Game Show in middle September where we might see both a release date as well as brand new trailers featuring some o the new worlds. So far, a world featuring The Hunchback of Notre Dame has been scheduled, and others will be shown later on.

TGS will be held the 15th through the 19th of September, so keep your eyes open for new information following those dates,

Today is only a tidbit of news, but i still felt it important to bring up to the Kingdom Hearts community.

It has been announced that despite the recent release date of Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, that Japan will be receiving a new version of the game titled Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix.

As most of us know, there has been a final mix for Kh1, as well as for KH2, and both have included new fights as well as additional information about the secret ending.

Notice the new monstro world as well as an armored fight with someone who resembles Master Eraqus.

Seems like the site update posts are really flying in now.

This post is to inform all our veteran users here that Rey has created a new Forum for everyone to use which actually operates like a forum, unlike our two sections on here.

As such, our forums section on here will be shutting down shorty, to encourage people to visit the bigger and better version. Plus, on there, anyone can post a topic rather than it being restricted to just me or org.

Hey everyone. After a suggestive post from a commenter a while back, I decided to go through with another promotional idea. So, today is the day our website officially has a page on Facebook, made by yours truly with help from Org.

For those of you that weren’t aware, i have been working on creating a summaries section for the three non platform games, 358/2 Days, Birth by Sleep, and Coded. I wanted to create this so that players who were faithful to the platform games, but didn’t have the systems to play the side games, could read their general information and be filled in.

I just uploaded the Coded summary, which completes my goal of writing the first three summaries. They are on the right hand side menu, under summaries on the very bottom, if you haven’t yet seen them. Also, you can post on each individual summary, so i encourage each and every one of you, to use that spot as a place to talk about each individual game, either information you read in the summary, or simply things you liked or disliked about the game. It will be a good way for us to possibly keep matters of this site going, aside from just the normal commenting. Also, while on that subject, most of the summaries are lengthy, however, if you do read them, i would like to know what you thought of them, if it sounded like i was rambling, or if you were confused reading them, because i can always edit them to improve for newer visitors.

Lastly, depending on what others think of the summaries, i have thought of including ones for Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and Kingdom Hearts Two, so people who are completely new to the series can read about them if they so choose. however, I am not sold on this idea yet, so if you want to see those uploaded, please let me know, or if you think it is a waste of time, tell me that as well.

Today, we will be discussing the latest developments of Re: Coded. Orginally, it was designed for Japan’s cell phones which are much more advanced. Think of it as a Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix+.

There are a lot of changes being made so that the players can feel comfortable with the battle system. For those of you who have played Birth By Sleep, the battle commands will be similar. There has been no word of a release date yet for the USA at the moment.

This game will be for the Nintendo DS. I know that all of us are getting pretty fed up with this considering none of these latest games have been put on any of the larger systems.

Here’s a quick fresher of how Re: Coded starts out. Jiminey Cricket finds a mysterious message in the journal of the KH1 adventure that was not there before. He hurries to King Mickey and Mickey creates a data version of Sora. Sora must go through all of the KH1 worlds (again) to remove what are known as “bugs”.   Here are some images for you guys to look at.

A few weeks ago at this year’s E3, we have learned of a brand new Kingdom Hearts game, Kingdom Hearts 3D! What can we expect? Nomura has plenty of surprises up his sleeve.

Sadly, it will be made for yet another handheld system, the 3DS.

Currently, there are new worlds in the process of being made.

For our first bit of information, Org and I thought it would be prevalent to start with BBS.

As many of you know, the NA Birth by Sleep release is just around the corner, with a confirmed date of September 7th, 2010.  Europe follows shortly after, coming in at September 10th, 2010.  The day is coming fast, with just 70 and 73 days for the NA and EU releases respectively. Personally, I have already ordered my copy in anticipation for one of the years greatest games.

For those of you that didn’t watch, the annual E3 convention held in Los Angeles, California took place about two weeks ago, during which time an English trailer was released for BBS. This video, running about about five minutes long, is, in my opinion, simply astounding, displaying many voice actors, some you may recognize, others you may not. That video can be found here. Enjoy.

Lastly, many voice actors for the English and European releases have been confirmed whiles others are still rumored. However, i have a list of them here, both rumored and confirmed. Beginning with the main characters:

Master Xehanort has been confirmed to be voiced by Leonard Nimoy, the original Spock from Star Trek.

Aqua has been confirmed to be voiced by Willa Holland.

Master Eraqus has been confirmed to be voiced by none other than Mark Hamill, who was Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars.

Ventus of course is voiced by Jesse McCartney, as is Roxas. Vanitas is going to be voiced by Haley Joel Osment, as is Sora. Both of those are confirmed as well.

Lastly, Terra. So far, i have found two possible voices for Terra, both of which i was unable to find a confirmation for. First off, I was unable to tell from the video, but it has been rumored that Christian Bale, who played Batman in The Dark Knight, is going to be playing Terra, however, i have seen no official confirmation, and could not discern for myself, if you are able to tell if that is Bale, please say so. Secondly, i have heard that Johnny Yong Bosch is going to be playing Terra. Bosch has been in multiple video games and anime series throughout his career, including Nero from Devil may Cry 4, Ichigo Kurosaki from the Bleach anime, and Adam, the second Black Power Ranger in the original series. again, if you can confirm if this is Bosch, please do so.

Moving on, many of the organization members are making a return, such as:

Hey Kingdom Hearts fans

Luna here,

As most of you should know by now, Organization XIII and I are going to be taking up the helm in the reporting department. We have tons of information to update you with in the next few days, but we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as the new reporters.

Now, Org and i have been on this site for about three years now, close to when it was first started, and back in the day, we saw this site at a glory we haven’t seen since. Its our job to restore this site to that former state of being, so that users here can experience everything there is to offer. Org and I are working to develop new ideas as to revitalize this site, and we have many a new post to make, but what those ideas are, well you’ll just have to wait and see.

Just to give you a taste: Its our hopes that our new posts will give the readers something to talk about that includes both KH information, and miscellaneous information. It is my hope, that by doing this, perhaps we can attract some non KH clientele to the website, and convert them over, further expanding our fanbase. Keep in mind, that everything going on right now is all liquid and can change at any moment should the need arise or should something not work. Org and I are just getting going, so things are scheduled to change.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to say that i am honored to finally be reporting for the site that i have been a member of for so many years. I hope that you all stick by us as we get the ropes down, and as soon as we’re off and running, we will be coming to you with information galore.

Now, i will be out of town until tuesday, but when i get back, everything can begin.

OrganizationXIII reporting here. I am honored to work with my right hand man, Luna. He and I are now in control of the entire website.

There’s a lot of information to display over the next few days. We have a lot of work ahead us, but we will restore this site to it’s former glory.

Expect to see a lot of additions coming up soon. I have high hopes for this place. Our vision is simple: Restore and Inform. I, as well as Luna willl do our best here.
