It’s time – KH Globe needs a Webmaster!
As I’ve been talking about for the past couple of weeks, Kingdom Hearts Globe still needs to go ahead. The team have been working on the project for almost a year now, and various staff have been on (or off) the project at various stages – to say we’ve been playing musical chairs is an understatement…
But now, the wait is almost over – today marks the official application listing for a new webmaster to replace the late and great Ash Barnes. This job will require quite a lot of dedication – prepare to give up some of your free time. The project has been designed from the ground up to look professional, so it would be a great addition to any portfolio, serious or otherwise.
Extensive knowledge in the general field of websites is definitely a demand, as is quite considerable HTML coding skills. The skins and major design work have been done, now we need you to bring the project home and maintain it through its long lifespan to the best of your abilities – with multiple new titles in the videogame series being announced in September, there’s lots of coverage in store.
A sample will be required, so prepare what you consider a good work (whether literally online or simply online-ready) and link to it in your application.

Man, we need to get another one going, all the other links are like all used up, i come back and theres no comments. its boring. so im trying to start something new using this one seing as how thers not really any new news out right now.
so based of everyone who read that theory in the other section, we saw that the eye on rikus soul eater, is also appearing on the EUM and the DS’s keyblades. Now if i understood it right, the reason for that was something to do with the wy to the dawn being available in the past. I dont however belive thats the reason for the eyes. thers some kind of connection, what do any of you think it is?
The eyes seem to me that the keyblades are more connected than we may think. I dont know about you, but i thought wach keyblade was different, abilities and powers are different with each blade, i know i thought that.
And many people believed that sora or riku was apart of some kind of clan, but what if the keyblades are apart of a clan or something, like they harness the souls of a clan, that could explain the eyes
but soras doesn have an eye, and the time frame was differeant or so we tihnk. Also, rikus soul eater doesnt have a keychain and neither does the EUM or the DS, i think theres sometihng together there, maybe not a clan, but sometihng,
well, im still going with my theory that the keychain-less keyblades are the true forms and these keychains weakens the powers so people can use, the eyes i believe work the same as the keychain, but differently in why it works
well, i dont know about the keychain part, you see i tihnk that a keychain is like part of a friends soul so that their power is added to your blade. I think that because you get the keychains from each world after making frineds there and it gives the kingdom key more power. Keychain-less keyblades i think are just keyblades without any extra power on them, i tink they are just keyblades that take the personal form and prefferance of its user or weilder.
they eyes, i havent gotten that far, but i tihnk its more than coinsidence that the DS has clothing similar to rikus when he had the Soul eater, and both keyblades have eyes, i intend to do more reasearch on that however.
You can do as much research as you want luna, but to me, the theory that only certain people can weild certain keyblades works for me. That explains why the keyblades with the eyes were weilded by those ds and riku, just not why they have eyes though…

To put another hamper on your Idea, Oblivion, you’re comment about ‘only certain people can wield certain keyblades,’ is to me, disproved in the last world of KH2. once, when Riku, in Xehanorts likeness, gave kairi her keyblade, which he had been holding. Again, in the final fight scene, Sora literally takes way to the dawn in his hand and beats Xemnas around for a moment. though, I do think that having an actuall Eye has some signifagance, but only insofar as much as representing the dark. ..it’s been a while since I’ve made any imput.. hrn… wish we’d post some theories soon.
well, thats a good point about sora and riku in the end, and ive never actually thought about it. However about kairis keyblade, i dont tihnk riku was actually holding it for her, i think he helped her summon one of her own, because shes not an actuall keyblade master from one of the realms. IVe allways looked at that to be one of the weilders from the diferant paths have to sort of monoter the keyblade usage, and thats how he helped kairi becuase he is the guardian/weilder from the dawn/twilight path.
about sora and riku, weve seen that anyone can take a keyblade as demonstrated with leon and yuffie in the first game at the start, or with Jack sparrow in the second one, however, when the designated weilder calls it back, it goes back to him no matter what. So i have two theorys as to why sora could take the way to the dawn. 1) riku was beaten around so bad, that he didnt have the strenght and sora was able to overpower his heart and use the keyblade. That or which sora did unconsciouly. or 2) riku was so down that he gave the keyblade willingly to sora for a moment so that sora could weild it, and riku decided not to take it back.
as for hammers, i agree with oblivion, if you knew what we were talking about, youd have a differant opinion. And things arent just placed there for change, everytihng needs to be “looked into” because in such a short video, everything there matters. as for your idea of the clothes, weve already talked about that. your alittle late.
Until something new about KH comes out, I can’t think of anymore theories. Mickey’s purpose still troubles me. I find it odd that we were only told the three knight’s names but not the other two characters.
Luna beat me to it, that riku lent sora his keyblade cause he knew that at that time fi they used the keyblades seperatly, they would lose.
But there are always exceptions to the rules, going back to the eyes, maybe we are looking too much into it, but you know what, with this little information, we have to. But i would classify sora as a keyblade master, he might not have fully obtained it, but he is underway, thats why he can weild any keyblade
We weren’t told the other two character’s names because we (apparently) may already know at least one of them.
well, i guess because we werent told it is now open for interpretation, i think he did that so that each person can figure it out on their own and/or have set in his or her own mind who they are.
actually, wasnt it that we only know 2 names, ven and aqua? and then we all assumed that terra was the 3rd ngiht name, but nomura already said it had soemthing to do with earth. Than there is the bald guy and his lackey, i think we werent told the names because if we knew…that something would click in everyones head to a huge twist that nomura doesnt want us to know yet
Huh, sounds about right. It’s as if Normura had told us about Xemnas before KH2 came out. Just another example. Or maybe if he told us their names, everything else might become more confusing.
If it goes like i think he said, that game is gonna be another story to KH, so maybe if he did tell us the names, then so many theories would either be strengthened or completly shut down

i think we came up wit the name terra on our own, but it was later confirmed to be correct. I think thats how we got to using that name. as for the EUM and his boy toy i think we know who they are just not confirmed specifically. meaning i think that weve seen them before and those versions are like the versions in the past or something, and Nomura just doesnt want to tell us that its them.
We may have said this already but I have the feeling that this won’t be as crucial as the next main game will be. I wonder if the battle system is going to stay the same or change drastically?
Its definitly gonna change, Nomura even said he wanted to do some kind of magic/attack combo system. Its still gonna have the button mash thing for the people who dont want to change the way they play, but i also think and hope they tweak the combos and reactions to have more skill involved to hit for greater damage
i dont think he ever said there will be a new magic attack combo system, i think we made that up here together. but i dont really want anything drasticaly to change, i mean the battle system now is fine, and i mean come on the card thing was just stupid, so i dont want anything “new” like that.
If anything, I would like to see more various magic attacks. It bothers me as to how much we still don’t know about the keyblade itself.
I thought thats what Nomura-san had said, that he wanted to make a new combo system involving attack and magic, i couldve sworn…
But org, there is so much they can actually do with the magic without going overboard. Like, why not put ultima in the magic attack list…i dunno

About my last post, I thought it over and I think that ultima would be a bad idea. I like the attack system as is. Although it would be interesting to see them involve magic based physical attacks.

I was looking at other threads throughout the internet and many people still say the next game is going to be called KH3. Interesting…. I’m just waiting for someone to say that KH2FM+ is coming out in the US.
Well we sooner or later the FM games will come out but so far the FMgames are still Japan exclusive.
Org. I am thinking that they may or may not annouce something about FM at TGS. I would say that if we do not hear anything by then, then chances are that it may not be coming to the US.

When I first heard that Jack Sparrow was in KH2, I knew the game was going to be great. Speaking of which, have you two seen the third one yet? I thought it was awesome. Unfortunately, the film was in bad condition; so we had strobe lights during the best parts of the movie. Pain in the ass right? We didn’t even get a refund! I’ll just wait until the dvd comes out….

Anyway, no news… we don’t even have a KHG webmaster sadly, ’cause no one’s really living up to Ash’s huge standards. I’ve been saying that no one will live up to Ash, and we’ll have to accept that, but it’ll be a while before we cave in I’d say.
As for the series, still nothing… I’d say Nomura has forgotten about us for the time being and is finally focucsing on Versus XIII. The sooner that (possibly) amazing game is done, the sooner work will turn to the next gen KH I guess.
Well, i hope that all of us already knew that, that there would be nothing made as far as kh goes until after the FF projects are done.

Back to KH, I know that this has been said already but at the TGS they are going to preview the next game for the hand-held. In addition, they are suppose to reveal a couple of projects in the works as well. I think one of them is suppose to do with the KH toy line.

Hey guys, sorry for no getting back with you all sooner. To answer your question about where I heard about the projects and toy line. A buddy of mine runs a local game store and he tries to keep up latest developments on FF and KH. Of course not everything he tells is 100% rumor free but sometimes a bit of info is true.

I know its not humngous news that we all were waiting for, but i heard in a gaming magazine that Kh is gonne be creating multiple sidequests and stuff on different handheld games. Now, i know we all knew this, but i thought it was only gonna eb one side quest game, and not multiples
Like i said, it might be like pokemon, where its the same game, but sold in two differant versions. For example the origonal pokemon was red blue and yellow, the same game but just differances in each one. So the new games might be like Roxas, riku, and Mickey, and there like 30 bucks each for the psp.

Both makes sense, Hate to be like a broken record, but Nomura said he wanted to tell multiple stories, and non really seem like it could be turned into a full platform game. Unless he ties all 3 of the untold stories into one, but then it wouldnt fit on a handheld.
Its gonna be like CoM in the sense that you dont need to play it if you chose not to, but it will greatly help you understand the story to where it is now and where it will be in the future. But my guess its like that, but almost like you have to play it to understand it better.
i just hope that the new project doesn’t come back with the worlds that we’ve already visited. In Chain of Memories, after a while it was kinda boring, then the end was fun

If thats your thinking luna, then why did kh2 only put in 4 new disney related worlds? Pirates, pride lands, land of dragons, and beasts castle, oh, sorry, 5, timeless river. While they kept 5 of the worlds form the previous games. If you ask me, 2 maybe 3 worlds(disney based) should be kept, 1 of them being 100 acre wood for the minigames.
If they can bring back 4 main worlds with whole new story line in that world, then why arent they bringing the newer or the older disney movies into the mix. Cause some cant hold what this game brings. You may thing so, but i dont see Toy Stoyr making it, along with aristocats, oliver, soo many movies jsut dont have the basic outline to hold in the kh world. What the hell is quesmido(excuse spelling) gonna do, shoot lasers out of his hump?
Toy story to be might be one of those places like they did with the pirates of the caribean, a shock world that could go either way. I can see the incredibles, Nemo? wheres the bad guys in there? Sharktale? interesting, but not sure. It seems to me that only the older disney movies have what it takes to hold down a part in KH

When regular nobodies are created, the original person becomes a heartless. Sora and Kairi didn’t because Kairi’s heart went to Sora, and when Sora lost his heart, Kairi brought it back.

yeah, its just because all peopel are on differant time zones based of where they live. Second, roxas and namine are differant because of how they were created in corrilation to their origonal selves. Most of the time, when a nobody is created the origonal self becuase a heartless and or nobody, it doesnt go back to being whole and existing. Due to the fact that after roxas and namines births sora and kairi continued to live and become whole beings who think and act with hearts Roxas and namine are effected in beign differant than normal nobodies. To break it down if that was to complicated, Since Sora and kairi are still living and not heartless, their nobodies are effected by it.
Also, please dont post more than once, try your absolute hardest to limit it to one, it may get confusing, but just think for a few minutes about everytihng you want in there, and then post, when we go though and read it, we dont want to see two posts with one sentance, its just annoying and time consuming. Not to go off topic, but I’ve been tapped out from school these past three days. And I’ve had a crap load of work every night. I’m a little annoyed with what somebody did to me in the cafeteria. I intend on confronting him one on one to tell him a few things. If it was somebody different, I wouldn’t care as much. Sorry, but I have no one else to vent to about this. It’s going to sound really stupid though. Alright then, here goes. I was sitting in the cafeteria just minding my own business. About half way through the period, a junior I knew very well wanted to ask me something. He said that if I threw out his lunch for him, he would give me a $1.00. At first I said no to him. But because I trusted him well enough, I thought I was just doing him a favor. In the end though, I had no idea it was a setup. I was used like a puppet. This kid has never given me a problem before.
He wouldn’t have done it had he not been with his friends. So I guess you could say that I was a fool at that time. It wasn’t until after the scene happened had I figured out the answer. There’s only one thing I can do. I intend to confront him about what he did to me. Even though you guys haven’t read my story yet, that’s what I’m going to show to his friends. I wouldn’t care if it was someone else. I’d prefer to end this on a peaceful note. Any suggestions guys?

Here’s a short summary about my story. It’s basically about what happened to me when I was born. I was born with doctors call a brain hemmorhage. This should have actually been a sign that I should have been dead. You would never believe me, but I actually used to be mentally retarted at one point. Honestly, it was like a nightmare that never went away.
With this story, I intend to have Ben’s friends read it. If it worked on another small group of bullies, then this will most likely work on them too. Ever since I had that group read it, they never bothered me again.

What a day I’ve had. The weather here has just been ho t and sticky. Here’s what happened in the cafe today. I did in fact confront Ben. The look on his face was of no surprise to me. When I went to Ben I instantly asked him what was so funny about me? He claims that I don’t know what I’m talking about. Interesting, huh? And here’s the kicker. He had said to me, “You’re still mad about Friday?” The kid who made the comment wasn’t there unfortanetly. Ben did say however, that it wasn’t him and that he was sorry. I had him that regardless, the damage had been done. It’s going to be a short while before the damage is healed.
This was only my first part of the plan. The second part which is my story will go into action tomorrow.

That’s what I was intending on doing afterwards. I’ve also learned something important. It’s a saying that means a lot. Move on, but never forget. Still, I would like to have him as a friend once this is settled.

OK, so now its my turn to step in, ive been so swamped with schoo latley that i havnet had much time to get on. Now theres 3 ways i can handle this,
i can 1)tell you what i woudld do just as a guy to a guy, 2) i cant give you a fortune cookie like piece of wisdome that means nothing now but everything once you get it down the road, or 3) i can give you some kinda motivation speech that will lift your spirits in a hard time. Let me know which option you choose.
as for one of my storys, when i was 8 i was playing soccer, and (its a long story im not gonna get into details) but me and another kid hit heads hard, 3 times, then hit the ground, it cracked my head open in 3 places, and if there handent been a surgen on scene (he didnt perform surgery but he knew what to do in the meantime) id be dead.
after that i was playing football in the park with some teammates, and i was in 6th grade at the time, now a bunch of punk 8th graders came up and we played them, now unfortunatly one of the 8th grades picked me up by my helmet and slammed my head into the goal post. Then he stepped on my face with his clete and ran away.
As you can see, my story is sport injuries, but thats never stopped me,
BTW when i got to 8th grade i found the kid who stepped on me, and me and my 5 friends who looked like seniors in high school shoved his a$$ in the smallest locker we could find. We got revenge in case you were wondering

oh ive been here, sorry havent been putting my input, i tend to get quiet and try to ignore things that will make me go ballistic, cause many thing, not, alot of things happened to me like. Thats why i moved almost 500 miles away from the place i called home to go to college, to get away from it all.

The more responses I hear from other students, the better. With every passing day more and more people are begining to read it. Over the summer I decided to write two more stories. One of them was a continuation and the other one talks about a certain place we’ve been going to for 12 years now.

lol, well i cant really relate to that seing as how i usually get even with the people who mess with me. Im a strong beliver that things should be settled non violently and that peace and harmony will one day prevaile in the world. I also belive that the pen is mightier than the sword, however telling a bullie that whaht they did is wrong wont change their mind and stop them from doing it. In most cases action needs to be taken to correct their wrongdoings. It may sounds contridictory, and i may sound like a hypocrite but you have to understand whens the right time to fight and whens not to. After years upon years of analyzation ive come to a firm conclusion of what battles are worth fighting, and i know when to fight and when not to. What you need to do org, (and im not saying go on a shootign rampage,) is to just decide what battles are worth fighting and what ones you let go. It might help you in life.
Furthering that, saying to decide what battles to pick, doesnt mean that the younger visitors on this site are allowed to get into fights, that is in no way what im saying, and to be honest, you shouldent fight at all. if you are younger your gonna think im spewing crap, but you dont need to be fighting until at least high school, but i know that the younger ego will never accept that(not trying to put anyone down, )

To answer your question, I’ve been going to Canada for 12 years. I never liked newspapers to begin with. How does it get around the school? Simple. Once I have somebody read it I tell them to give it to their friends to read it, etc. This is such a story that I have to continue spreading. It’s easy to write a crapy piece of writing. But it takes patience, pride and a great mind to write a powerful personal narrative. At least, that’s what I think.

Ah! Question! I’m playing through KH again, and I noticed that a lot of the games’ soundtrack is a devoted to the intro song, and I think the full version of the song is at the end of CoM. Did they write the song for the game, or just take an already existing song and use that?
I think it was already made, cuz the Japanese version doesn’t go along with it, but when they redid the song for English, they tried to make it fit the story better.

i like fire. its my favorite element, becuase well the moon isnt an element, if it was well than that would be my favorite, but unfortunatly its not, so ill have to say fire.

Agreed. If im like mega pissed i can look at the moon in the night sky and relax. I can stare at it for hours. Call me weird but it relaxes me, i think the full moon is really pretty, sissy i know for a 17 year old football jock, but still.
