Kingdom Hearts: Re:Chain of Memories in the USA
The evidence seems to have at last stacked in the favour of American fans, and it seems Chain of Memories will at last see the light of 3D!
Multiple sources this week have reported the news, which has come to a peak now that The Magic Box have released the following notation:
Square Enix announced they will release the English version of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for PS2 in Q4 2008, for $29.99. The game is a 3D remake of the GBA version, with additional stories and character not found in the original.
Although this isn’t a 100% official announcement, the combination of this, as well as recent articles from 1UP.com and Kotaku, it would be safe to assume that the North American release is definitely afoot, and to expect it around Christmas! Please note, a poster on NeoGAF has also chimed in to confirm that the release is indeed happening. In other words, Yes, it is being released!

you know…im REALLY hoping there not doing this just cause they dont plan and releasing one of the upcoming games to the ds…that be rather disapointing

if they’re cancelling another game to bring this one out, then theres not much we can do about it, so we might as well just enjoy this one. ill be upset, but still, theres not to much point in harping on it.

coded doesnt look but it is important, it was said that it s going 2 explain somethings that are kinda unexpected like why did this happen or for what reason did it happen so i beleive they are all the same of importance.
if they cancel 358 for the 1 for ps2 im gonna b pretty mad cause i really wanted 358/2days.
Nah eagl coded would be the mobile phone game, and it does seem somewhat important from what i heard, but out of the 3 coded is the LEAST important and story wise adaptable than the other 2, jsut like org said

besides, they are still going to release all three in japan, so there will be websites with translations of the story. its not like we h ave to play it (talking about coded here)

Guys the reason we’re getting Re:CoM over here is because the translation for the other three new games is taking longer than expected.
Square wants to have KH games releasing in Japan and America in time for Christmas, and Japan has 358, but we won’t have it in time.
So, that’s why they’ve decided to release Re:CoM at this time. Easy money.

they cant releae kingdom hearts 358/2 days cause it didnt even release in japan yet so there using this game to keep us busy

and they have to release a game in 2008 because every 2 years they release a kh game. first one in 2002. chain of memories in 2004 and second kh in 2006

I think the commander will reveal soething about the father, how instead of trying to destroy it like amagai said, he was trying to use it, thats why the cc killed him

and yeah, i agree with that, i cant imagine that the leader of the shinigami is actually corrupt. he had to have good reason for killing him. but thinking about it, i take back what i said earlier, i dont think the CC will finish it. since Amagain has gone into his like desperate stage, i think its just gonna be a one slice type deal from ichigo.
I just got to think of something. Will this be released for Europe as well? Or is it just the NA region?

Square released the info on their site! It’s coming to the US on Dec. 2! They even have its site up, though it’s still in ‘maintenance’, and you can hear the Re:CoM version of Dearly Beloved. I can’t wait! ((I really hope they add Sephiroth…somehow it’s not the same without the mindless insistence of all fans to beat him…)) I wonder if Utada Hikaru will write a song for the english release. ((I hope she does, I love her music.)) I can’t wait! It’s now right at the top of my Christmas Wishlist. ((With a PSP and Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII- that is.))

Yeah,if you want proof,go to http://www.cheatcc.com and look at ps2 release dates.There,it will show you that this game is being released on the 2nd of December.It may not be true,be the only thing we can do is cross our fingers.
