Square announces DKΣ3713 event with Kingdom Hearts
Square-Enix recently announced the ‘DK Σ 3713′ private event, which features all three of the upcoming Kingdom Hearts titles!
DK Σ 3713 (‘D.K. Sigma Three-Seven-Thirteen’) stands, specifically, for ‘Dissidia, Kingdom Hearts, Sigma Harmonics, The 3rd Birthday, Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children Complete, Final Fantasy 13‘. It is expected that the event will feature new trailers, media and information on all of these titles, but it is unsure if there will be any demos present.
Please note, the event will include information on all three upcoming Kingdom Hearts titles: 358/2 Days, Coded and Birth by Sleep will all be present. Also note, this confirms that rumours of Coded being cancelled are 100% false, it will still be on the show-floor.
Rest assured we will keep you up-to-date on the day of the event, and that you’ll hear anything new as we hear it.
The event will be held on the 2nd and 3rd of August, with an exclusive group of 400 people picked for each of the three sessions on each day: 10am, 1:30pm and 5pm.

What I don’t get is why Nomura limits all the good stuff like Final Mix to only the Japanese market. I cna promise you that there are plenty of avid fans in the states alone who will pay for the extra goodies. Perhaps not “fanatics” like Japan is known to produce but fans at least.
it all depends on the cost to produce it there, as well as the effort to do so, in ration to the number of fans here. if the producers dont feel its a good investment to ship here, then tehy wont.

ventus, also realize that not only are you paying for the game, but you also have to pay for the device that will allow you to play foreign games, which is almsot as much as the game itself, not to mention i have no idea if it would have any sort of damage to the ps2 afterwords

Yeah, I’m sorta’ mad that they don’t release an English version of Final Mix as well.
I guess jsut cause when they originally brought it over to the states to begin with, actually the pal territories and such, minor changes were made that didnt affect the story all that much, armor, items, etc. That japan also needed something special, not like they need it though

I’ma try and redirect the conversation back to Kingdom Hearts for a change. We have enough to talk about and between the lot of us can probably guess pretty close to the truth.
Anyway…Replaying KH II again.
Plot summarized: Roxas was recruited into Org. XIII to collect hearts with the keyblade, and once he went AWOL the Org. went to all lengths to capture him again. They failed and due to directed intervention by Riku and Ansem the Wise, Roxas was reunited with Sora, becoming whole again. So the Org. decides to try to get Sora to do all of Roxas’ work for him without realizing it, all in order to make Kingdom Hearts so the Nobodies can get their hearts back. Long story-short, they fail miserably as Sora and co. defeat the Org. XIII using their reolution and devotion to eachother ect.
But that leaves the question of where the Org. XIII came from which all we know is that they were Ansem the Wise’s rouge apprentices under the leadership of Xemnas/Xehanort. Question is why did he rebel and pursue his “diabolocal” experiments, why is his name the same as “Master Xehanort” and what connection do they have to the Keyblade and the Chasers; Terra, Aqua and Ven(who btw is the spitting image of Roxas). What was the purpose of the “Keyblade Wars” if not to gain control of Kingdom Hearts? Who won?(Xehanort more likely than not.) and what role did King Mickey have to play in it all?

So Terra has some uncanny resemblances to the apprentice Xehanort right? Time periods and ages coincide right? (Unless Ansem thewise found Xehanort as a child, if so disregard the following entirely)
Assuming that Terra and the gang got their asses handed to them by M. X and Venom as we saw from KH II Final Mix vid, suppose Terra starts tapping into the powers of darkness(the yellow eyes are a dead giveaway) as shown but things go bad, until Mickey steps in.
But things go so bad that Master Xehanort whoops Terra senseless, literally: Terra experiences a traumatic event which makes his hair go white and becomes amnesiac, Mickey or whoever gets his dazed butt to Hollow Bastion. Ansem takes him in, yada yada. He still has powers of darkness and the moral taint left by Master Xehanort, and all Terra can remeber is a name: Xehanort, which is what he goes by thereafter.

Doesn’t explain the secret boss fight against him in the disney castle in Final Mix though.

Nomura did say not to really give much effort on the secret boss fight. But yeah this is a pretty common but good theory. It would fit in but there are still a few questions.
Like when Xemnas entered the room with Aquas armor he called her old friend sarcastlicty. For what it seems now Aqua is a friend with Terra and Ven but this could all change when we get some info about her.
We also have Xehanorts heartless clothes. They were pretty much exactly as Master Xehanorts. It could somehow be explained with that he got some more memories of how he looked like and got an idea of his outfit. But for me that doesnt seem right. Its a bit to strange explenation.
This is a really wild guess I make now but remember Nomura said this will be a new serie. We will have more game released. One opportunity is that Terra will be a main playing charachter in the next game. But this is still just a guess
Otherwise its a really good theory I must say. Also Terra seems to frequently use darkness and light as his power. That might be important if others start to make their own theories

ansem took xehanort in after “finding “him. xehanort had just gotten into a battle, and had no memory of what hapened. he then became the apprentice to ansem the wise.
no i just noticed that terra, has close to the exact same hair that xehanort does. just look at it an you can see the resemblence. and obvious that battle could have been the keyblade wars. and terra would be no more due to memory loss.
another thing, this would make Xemnas the nobody of Terra, if going on with this theory. and of roxas can have memories of sora, then why couldent xemnas have memories of terra. like oh i dont know, and “old friend” (the room of sleep, seing aquas armor)
lastly you had mentioned two things, tapping into darkness, and why he went rouge. so possibly, he tapped into darkness to the point where it couldent controll him, but it gave him great power (like hollow ichigo, or the dark side of the force) but then he loses his memory. however in his studies he finds out what he did, and about his power, and he wants it back, leading to why he went rouge.
Roxas didnt had any memories of Sora because Sora was a heartless during a very short period. Then he started having dreams of Sora since it was an effect of restore Sora memories.

still, whats to say that Xemnas cannot have memories. perhaps it too is/ was an attempt to restore something lost.
The Org. XIII did have memories, thats why they were doing experiments in the white rooms of the Castle Oblivion. I “think” their grand goal was to recover memories of their lives before becoming nobodies and after recoving hearts from KH as per Xemnas’ master plan they’d be substantially more powerful than they were befor becoming nobodies. When Sora became a nobody he was still wet behind the ears but When Roxas came into being he could already use Oathkeeper and Oblivion simultaneously. A pretty steep gap in ability between the two if you ask me.
Sorry again for the double post, I belive that Ansems apprentices had already planned on becoming nobodies before losing their hearts and in so prepared the room beneath the heartless generator as a way to recover their memories once becoming Nobodies. Maybe just Xemnas but the convinience is too specific to ignore.
My Big Theory: 1. Apprentices precognitively make secret room for memory recollection, and tap into powers of darkness losing their hearts to the void.
2. Become Nobodies, Xehanort’s heratless has “subconcious recollection” of Master Xehanort hence outfit(and Venom’s too, minion is as minion wears)
3.Make plan to get identities back as well as hearts from the big KH and in essence become the most knowledgeble and powerful being isn existence.
But I also wanna point out again that Terra and Sora share hair and eye color. I say the have blood connection but this leaves the remblances of Roxas and Ven to be answered for. Cause of their intimate conection via hearts? IDK
i think at this point hair and eye color is too vague to make a statement about similarity off of. especially one about blood connect. they dont really look alike, just share some features. i dont think it is blood connection, maybe some connection, but not blood. just a theory.
also, i think were vastly overlooking the similarity between the DS and dark rikus clothes. i dont think that riku and the DS are in any way related. but i think they are in some way similar.
what i was thinking about earlier, is that, Dark riku, had these clothes when he was in cohorts with Xehanorts heartless, and the dark soldier looks as he does while haning around master xehanort. possibly a connection.
so far theres only one thing im REALLY certain on. and that is that i think aqua is going to be the missing piece, for example, i think that anyone who might be thinking, ven and sora are father and son, or terra and sora are relatives, its going to be aqua that completes it. (thats not really true, just an example) i think were overlooking what aquas importance may be. shes been left in the dark too long, and theres a reason for that.

Luna, fair argument there but I was convinced of the connection ‘tween Terra and Sora on the actual KH site where their posters were right next to eachother, their features and posture were so similar that it was like a slap in the face.
But I’m with you already as far as Riku and the DS goes. But the interesting fact is that both DS(Venom) and Riku were both acting as kinda “henchman” for M. X. and The Heartless Xehanort.
The big cheese wears the coat and boots, the sidekick wears the jumpsuit. Thats the way it has worked so far.
And yes, Aqua will be the lynchpin for any plotline, which is why they’ve gone to such pains to hush up any developments for her. The tipoff in KH II Final Mix was crucial. The question is what did it mean. You already know my theories.

im not sure if you will see them. and if you do, it will more than likely be only a bit part towards the end. i dont think your going to get as much even as you want.
and i dunno. Riku wasnt really a henchman. i mean a henchman does the masters bidding, (usually willing, and even if not willingly they most of the time have to) riku was controlled, there was no will there, because he wasnt really aware of it. i think this is going to play a crucial role in the story, in the fact that i think venom is going to have some sort of rebellion.
but still, i agree with part of the henchman theory, becuase they both did the bidding of the corosponding Xehanort.

Alright then. What are our theories on Aqua, since we all seem to be of like thought. What role does she seem to fill?
From what I’ve seen, she seems to be proctective of Ven specifially and they obviously have a history(romantic? eh?) but she didn’t seem overly powerful in contrast to Terra or Ven. She did seem adept at defensive magic such Reflega(maybe even Refleja) but she was the obvious weakest link until Ven’s hotheadedness got him into the freezer.
Based on that, I would guess she’s one of the more mild mannered characters who helps pick up the pieces whenever someone else gets in hot water, but we have to assume that she gets it the worst of the three ’cause of what we’ve seen in the lower confines of Hollow Bastion.
In other news I’m still watching Bleach! I’m on episode 30 part 2 now. That show’s freakin’ hilarious……

and about aqua, i think shes going to be like the goofy of the group. i tihnk what Nomura is going to do is to create a three person team that is similar in personality to donald sora and goofy. since we are familar with them already. so obviously terra like sora,(which could explain some similarities. if nomura wanted us to see sora, in terra, to get a familiar feel, then they might look alike as you said earlier) and ven possibly like donald being slightly short fused, leaving aqua like goofy, being sort of the middle man if Terra and ven start to argue (because we can sort of see that terra is protective of ven). so i think like you said, mild mannered.
and i dont think love interest, two reasons, one its what everyone is expecting. and two, when she caught ven, if she had loved him, i think she might have done something more than just stare at him, possibly hug him or cry or something, but she didnt. I definetly think there is a strong connection, but i dont tihnk love.
however, there is a possiblity that they were in love ONCE, jsut not at the time of the video.
I’ve been so busy lately. That final exam project of mine wasn’t easy to complete. I’m having the english dept. head re-edit the short story to make sure there are no imperfections.
My brother has a lan party now so I doesnt have any acces for it. But he is sleeping now.
All the members in the organization had memories of their previous lives, except for Roxas and Xemnas only had from his “new life”. But Xemnas did tried to recover his memories from his “real life” and appereantly he were on his way to succed. Otherwise my points have already been said.
Like Eagle said, Xemnas was having serious memory issues and you have already heard my theories about Xehanort/Terra connection. But that was slick thinkin’ there Luna. Ven and Aqua as “old” flames! Why didn’t I think of that?

same thing might be applied to ven and aqua.

I think that Terra was working some advanced level Firega magic back there, he looks like the brawler though and Aqua more the spell caster if you ask me. Who knows?

what if ven was the younger of the 3, and before him, the keyblade weilders or masters has always been dedicated with pure power with the blades, or using it to sling magic at its finest, but ven, decides to train in both, or someone else makes him do it

it would seem most probable to have him be inbetween. but perhaps he has a differant kind of power that we havent seen yet, perhaps like the power of darkness, or twilight.

weve never had 4 actually weilders before. we had Sora and riku, and roxas, and xemnas. so follow me.
we have Light, Darkness, Dawn, dusk/twilight.
and we have 4 weilders, Terra, MX, Aqua, and ven. so there is a probablility to put one of them to each of the realms.
so obviosuly MX to Darkness.
and i would think most of Ven as light.
Aqua as dawn
and terra as Dusk.
so possibly, terra wont be a full out brawler, but will have powers close to something associated with dusk.

Is Dusk related to the Dark? Cause we saw him with the “glowey eyes” I wonder though cause the basic nobody is refered to as a Dusk, which makes sense I guess.

Yeah dusk is from light to dark. About the Ven and Aquas love history I think Ven seems a little bit to young for that they had an old relationship.
And you know I like your theory Reza. But then does it really have that much impact on the story? Anyway that was a great and fresh idea.
The idea with different realm powers also seems great. A bit different and it would really fit in. And if we know will but them in realms yours is most likely te right one. But then we have other wielders too. Terra, Aquas and Vens master, Venom and Mickey is a heck of a long shot. Maybe there is more

I think were back on the whole four realms thing…And i still havent found the exact wording of it, but i swear dusk goes with dawn, and not twilight…im just not sure why though.
And i only stated my theory cause i dont stay in tune with the theme too much, meaning ill take what i see, and break things down scientifically. Like my theory, i only stated it cause terra rushed out to fight, giving me the idea he loves to battle
Aqua as the magic user cause she shot out that beam of light to protect terra? or ven, i couldnt quite tell.
In either event, that only leaves Ventus, so common knowledge for all the games and movies ive seen is that he is the best of both worlds. I also made the ventus has a twin like image of roxas, who is sora’s nobody, which he is a keyblade weilder, who in turn got his final form, which in turn incorporates the full power of magic and strength.
Also, the main reason why i think its Dark, Light, Twilight, and Dusk/Dawn, is for one im sure i saw it worded like that somewherer, specifically on this site, jsut dont remember where, and also of course, the science behind it and the reasoning. What is dusk, what is dawn? Its that short time where the sun sets and rises in the world, everything is dim, and either about to be completly dark or completly light, tettering between the two, thats why when DiZ asked riku at the end ok Chain of Memories if he was taking the road to dusk, riku replied with, “No, the road to dawn.”

Dawn is like you said kinda when the sun rises. From dark to light. Dusk the oppsite. Twillight is both Dusk and Dawn. I dont know about you but one dusk and one dawn as road seems more right to me

Luna, I like your theory that Xemnas is Terra’s nobody, but I thought the fake Ansem was the heartless of Xemnas? But that would explain why Terra uses darkness. And I think that M.X is twilight, Aqua is Dawn, Terra is darkness, and Ven is light.
Kinda off the subject, but everyone knows the old line up right? Sora is light, Riku is Dawn, Mickey is Darkness, And I think Kairi is twilight.

Kairi cant be a realm wielder. She isnt a keyblade wielder and by that cant really be it. But the problem is if there really are different wilders for every realm. The keyblades are fron either the dark or the light side. So theyre not from any sort of a twillight realm.
Well, maybe Roxas was twilight. But the others are facts. But! Kairi did wield the keyblade Riku gave her in the nobody castle, and it never showed her give it back, so maybe she IS another keyblade wielder and she IS twilight.
But you notice that she didn’t use the keyblade to open up the door with Sora Riku and Mickey, she sat and watched. I think she is out of the immidiate equation.
She is a princess of Hearts, I think she has enough going for her already.
Everyone can actually wield a keyblade. Just as long as the wielder ket him/her hold it. This time Riku let her have it. But she is not a chosen one. And Roxas is a part of Sora so you cant count him in.
the heros of our story were associated with realms, but never actually placed. it was said that they had corolations, but nothing was certain.

as for reza. twilight applys to both, when you look at both dusk and dawn, there is a period OF twilight associated with each of them.

Well Eagl’s ideas don’t really knock heads with my theories, just different takes on that stuff, I’ve been more concerned with the early days of XIII, but the buisness with The Light, Darkness, Dusk and Dawn is a whole different bag. I don’t really know enough ’bout all of that to give good speculation.
But if Riku and Aqua are both Dawn then that counts for something. I wonder what it means.

and weve been into some pretty heavy disscussion latley ventus. but were dying down now. everything we have to say has been said.
But Xemnas can’t be dusk because he doesn’t wield a keyblade in that time period. I vote either Roxas or kairi. The realms are depicted from where the keyblade came from. Sora’s came from the realm of light and Mickey’s came from darkness. Riku’s keyblade was that keyblade he used in the first game that Sora unlocked his heart with, it just has a piece of Sora’s heart on it, so it’s light and dark = dawn, I think. And since Roxas used Oathkeeper AND Oblivion, light and dark, that’s twilight. Or Riku could have gotten Kairi’s keyblade from the realm of twilight or something.
P.S., speaking of twilight, one of the new bionicles is the element of twilight! :D Can’t wait to get him! ROFL!
Nomura have already said keyblades are either from the dark or the light side.
Riku didnt really used the heartunlocker. His keyblade was the soul eater. But then instead it changed a little bit of appereance and was called way to dawn or something like that. So Rikus is originally from the dark side. And Sora never had a piece of his heart in the heartunlocker. It was six of the princesses hearts that had it. And when Sora stabbed himself it released all the hearts and dissapeared.
Im not really sure here with Roxases keyblades but since Oblivion and Oathkeeper was keychains for Sora I doesnt really know how he got them. But didnt Namine had something to do with those?
And about Xehanort/Xemnas as Dusk wilelder we had a discussion about that earlier, but it was a long time ago. We only talked about Xehanort when he was a student at Ansem the wise. It was read in a report that Ansem had locked his room to his studying but then Xehanort somehow opened it without a key. So there the rumour started with that Xehanort was a wielder.
Well, interesting stuff. It was obvious the Master Xehanort was a keyblade wielder as well as Terra, Aqua, Ven and even Venom(D.S.) so I think you’d be role assigning them from there. I am still adamant that Terra used the powers of Darkness at the end of Final Mix although how that fits into anybody elses theories I cannot say.
I mean, we just really havn’t seen anything that Dusk and Dawn bring to the table so we don’t have anything to go by.
Unless Nobodies are all Dusk/Twilight as all the Heartless are all Darkness.
And that leaves the question; What are the new enemies for BBS gonna be?
They could be totaly new or the heartless cwhen they first were created?

Anyways, im pretty sure these enemies are brand new, stated neither heartless or nobody. There is another part of the human essence that wasnt covred yet, and that is the soul, these could be the raw souls of people that lost that hearts and their bodies. But the only problem with that is why didnt we fight any of those creatures in any of the games?

First they made heartless, the dark part of peoples hearts taken shape, then there was nobodies, the leftover body after a heartless has formed and left, and now if what you’re saying is true, some creature having to do with the soul. If they made another game after BBS, I’m sure it would have heartless, nobodies, soul thingies, and the new enemy would have something to do with the brain I’m sure, and then the lungs(lung man! rofl), then the kidneys, then the hair(cousin It! rofl), then the ears(Family Guy’s picture of Ben Stiller(or however you spell it)! lmao), then the knee caps(the Bronze Knee Cap! lmao), and so on.

Oathkeeper and oblivion do not represent light and darkness, roxas uses them because of soras memories of riku and kairi. he does not have them becuase he manifests power of light and dark. on that note, roxas is not the path of any of them because his keyblade does not corospond. besides he is part of sora, therefore he would techincally be light.
second, venom is the same thing, it appears as if he comes from MX. so im doubting he is a real person, who can have a keyblade from one of the realms. just doesnt seem probable.

Like Luna said, Roxas could use Oathkeeper and Oblivion because of his connection to Sora, even so, I kinda think using the pair in tandem to be more of Roxas’ calling card instaed of Sora’s anyway.

But still, I think I should mention that Riku’s Soul Eater was not initally a keyblade though his keyblade(Way to the Dawn) took on the Soul Eater form.
The Soul Eater was an obvious weapon from the darkness and if any of you noticed in the final battle against Xehanort’s heartless in KH 1, The giant “Ansem” used a dual bladed glaive, and guess what it was shaped as; the Soul Eater.
So I say that Soul Eater is a “dark” weapon in terms of the four paths, but there is a interesting change to the “Way to the Dawn” keyblade; The very end is in the shap of a bird’s wing instead of a dark dragon type creature’s wing. An allusion to the “Dawn” I think but it doesn’t really tell us alot about the Dawn.

(altho this contradicts with chain of memories I still think it’s good) (If anybody is confused about “plus the power givin to Sora to wield the Keyblade in the first place” I think sora’s power got pased down when he stabed himself)

I think we had this arguement a long while back luna, and i found on this site in an interview by nomura when he stated the “4 realms”, im just not in the mood to go searching for them again, cause that had to be back in last may, which is way too many archives to look at.
And that is true about dawn, its shows rikus powers perfectly. He was engulfed in darkness, and bordering on using the light.
He mustly uses the Dark, but wit out that Riku would be Dull. And flame is got a point, Riku’s blade changes from KH1 to CoM, then KH2, and everytime they look lighter, or more good, like the wing on his keyblade, showing the light still in all the dark.

sora never stabs himself with the Soul eater. he stabs himself with the keyblade that he got after fusing with ansem. and soul eater and his black and red keyblade are not the same thing. so sora purifying or making soul eater lighter doesnt really work.

They never show when Riku changed weapon. But I think he had the soul eater in the land of dragons so its after that but before he becames a party member.

I designed it with that image. Since Riku has always been using Soul Eater, he still calls it that even after it changed form. Keyblades aren’t something that you can obtain suddenly out of nowhere so in Riku’s case, his Soul Eater was used as an intermediary for that Keyblade

Ok, another topic, Kingdom Hearts, not the game, but the actual place of it. We havent seen too much of it, in the first game it was overrun by darkness. In the second game, we seen the most, actually went inside, and battled hard against one of the knights.
So the question is, what is it really? Is it a door to a room where an overwhelming powerful relic lies? Or is that doorway we keep seeing, is just that, a door. A door to a new realm where deep inside holds soldiers and powerful wielders, possibly even keyblade masters, like the knight that we fought in the final series of boss fights.
Of course, this topic is only going to get theories, cause we still know nothing about KH, but still wants to know what everyone think
Honeslty I dont knwo what it is. But I came upp with a thought that its full of power, but the power is the oppsoite of your heart. Like for Sora it was power of darkness but for a person with much darkness in their heart its power of light. Or maybe its something that is the reason to that everything exists. Like a god somehow

Im thinking that it is neither light nor dark, but a neutral power. Like the twilight, its power lies in the middle, on the border of everything, and depending on who weilds derives that power.
I still think though that the door to kingdom hearts could very well be a way to the realm of kingdom hearts, where unknown powers and strength and magic lies

if i recall, it never actually states in the game that the night you face is xemnas. we all just assumed it was. but it very well could not be, it could be someone fighting FOR xemnas. i doubt it, but still.

i think kingdom hearts isnt really a “thing” persay, i think its like an entity, like a force thats withing all people, compelling them to do good or evil, choosing their path. and we “see” kingdom hearts as a menifestation of what that specific person wanted, like flaming said.
ill try and explain. we saw the door to kingdom hearts, and when we saw inside, it looked nothing like the inside from KH2. because it was influenced by differant people.

no riku was not the original keyblade weilder. in kh1 sora just had a stronger heart than riku so the keyblade chose him for that reason. But as time past his heart became weaker than riku’s then riku was able to take the keyblade from sora. but when sora and riku were about to fight, sora made that speech of his friends and his heart,and ath that moment his heart became stronger than riku’s in that instint.
also bond of flame i think the keyblade choses the stronger heart not if they are in light or darkness.Because remember the secret ending of kh2 it said that the” keyblade weilder brang peace OR Chaos into the world” and i dont think that light would bring chaos.
stronger than riku’s in that instent. SO sora was able to take the keyblade back from riku and defeat him.

No Riku was originally the original wielder. But he gave in to darkness and when Sora struggled to get to the light, he toucjes it and instead got the keyblade. But since Riku too was a wielder he could call for it.
i think riku said that at hollow bastion to just get in soras head. i mean how would he know if he was the true weilder over sora? just becuase his heart was stronger.
another thing, we dont know if sora is even the true weilder, there could be some guy named bob living over in another world who is the true weilder, it doenst have to be sora or riku.
lastly, bond of flame, riku used soul eater long before he ever formed with ansem. if you recall, you fight riku thefirst time, and he uses soul eater against you, then riku runs away and needs more power joining with ansem. so ansem uses the soul eater in the final fight becuase ofriku, not really the other way around.

Ok the original game intended for the keyblade wielder to be good AND strong so riku was the obvious choice, but curiosity killed the cat and he gave in to the darkness, so sora received it instead, but as the story went on things got hazy so its unclear

I think when a keyblade chooses its weilder, it already has the power that it recognizes. When sora had the keyblade, he had light, good, and his heart was strong. However when riku claimed the blade, his heart was obviously stronger, now, since we dont know any of these hidden restrictions for wielding these things, im gonna assume, that the keyblade at that moment thought that riku had more light in his heart, thus, believing that riku is its owner. When darkness started to take over, it realized its mistake. I guess we this backs up the theory that the soul eater wasnt a keyblade, cause when he finally realized that he truely needed both the light and darkness inside of him to work together, thats when he got the way to dawn.
With com, it was one of those games that unless you were highly addicted to the series, you shouldnt play it. It did lay into some secrets that helped better understand 2, as well as put in quite a few clues to help us out with the story. The game didnt need anymore story or gameplay to it at all. It did exactly what was needed. Gave the gamers something to tide them over in both actual story and new gameplay. If they were planning on doing anymore with it, they shouldve made it a console, thats why i was kinda ticked when they redid it for the ps2 in the kh2finalmix+ package in japan.

well as far as i believe is that Terra is the our great enemy xemnas bcause of the video of when xemnas says 2 aquas armor ‘friend’ THAT MADE ME THINK THAT SINCE MAEBY TERRA gave himself into darkness(secret ending/i think he did turn into darkness) and the xemnas we know is terra after the great fight he forgot about every thing ending up in radiant garden with no memories or without nowing what happen just like Sora with traverse town.

Well, you could say that he is more of a neutral party, doing this and that for each side, maby trying to unite each side but unfourtunatly overwhelmed by darkness

True, but let me remind you of something. It seems as though she knows Terra rather well based on that scan we viewed ages ago. Maybe they teamed up together at some point. She might be part of something much bigger in KH3.

Well, it seems they’re revisiting that plot in BBS. We’ve seen two scans that showed two princess’s worlds that couldn’t be visited before. One must have been Sleeping Beauty’s world and the other was definitely Cinderella’s world. There must be something more to that plot.

Women have bipolar disorder written into their genetics. Its called menstration. But at any rate I argue that she was neutral in KH II. She sent heartless to harry Sora & co. everychance she or Pete got. Specifically with their assault on Disney Castle. So I think they still have trouble that they can stir up but they also happen to be informed on what went down before Sora & co. got involved.
yeah, she sent heartless after sora, but she also helped them a great deal towards the end fighting against the heartless in TWTNW. so they helped and harmed them.
I have a feeling that Terra and Maleficent didnt had a real friendship. I think they both needed each other help to somehow save the princesses and/or to fight another enemy that had the advantage in the princesses fight.
It could kinda be the same as in KH2. Maleficent took advantage of Sora in the struggle against the nobodies and the organization. She too wanted to get rid of them and knew Sora might had the power. So a little help every now and then could turn things into her favor.

Actually, im beginning to hate it too, not cause for the reason that everyone thinks though. Not cause its a filler and nothing to do with the main story, but cause it doesnt fit in with the timeline! Sado’s powers of his right arm, he didnt achieve the devils arm untill he was hueco mundo, once that scene hit, my head practically exploded, cause i thought they couldve been just like, alright, this is the time period between when they saved rukia and before the arrancarr started to attack, but no.
Otherwise, its decent, liked the bounto arc better, but this one has some pretty sweet fight scences

first of all its just stupid how they seperated from the Heuco mundo arc to go to this. didnt care for that. and then like you said, chads new powers and Uryus new abilities. didnt like that. but aside from all of that, i just plain dont like the arc, Lurichiyo is just a spoiled brat, Keryuu (i think thats right spelling) is just a whimp trying to act cool, and its not hard to see that Captain amagai and 3rd seat Kifune arent as good as they seem.

I think Pete’s strength is in his ability to get others with arguably more competency to do his work for him, i.e. Hades, Barbossa, Iago(If I remember correctly), Scar, Ect. So he can stir up trouble enough without getting directly involved cause he’ll screw it up himself.
Hes not the smartest crumb in the box of cookies, but he did have that sort of persuasion to him that was quite intriguing

The hard fact that we dealt with pete and malificent in 2 much more than we dealt with the nobodies and the organization, and also the fact that, oh i dont know, that we already saw a scene with Terra and Malificent raises the fact that shes pretty important to the story

Well whenever you see a theory you need to make clear whats wrong in the thoery, maybe even points out other possibilities. But no matter what if you have very little or a whole buch of corrections it still can be a good one. This one had a few but its still a great theory that very well could work out. In a matter of fact it was truly magnificent

Haha, I can’t stop thinking about this one time my friend and I actually had a creditable battle using plastic sporks, forks, and knives. The knives were used as a Shuriken of sorts, the forks were just used ‘cuz, and the spork? My weapon of choice, duh.
Which is why my keyblade is most definitely a plastic spork, the kind used in school lunches on occasion. xD

not really. most of the information that comes out about these games is immidiatly translated and put all over the internet, you could maybe find something new about it if you could read japanese but i doubt it would be anything big.

i somewhat agree with that. i mean, like theres a remake of star ocean coming out for hte Psp, and japan got it december of last year, and we dont get it till october of this year. ten months later. it annoys me.
They are in the making of star ocean 4, which really makes me happy, i cant wait to see what they do with it.
If Kifune is the only one our worried about then that worries me Luna… i dont quite trust Amagai either at this point. They are both incredibly strong. For one, Amagai gets drunk off fumes…um, yeah, that doesnt seem right, im begining to wonder if its all an act. He is strong, and if that tuning fork thing is apart of his zanpacto, i would definitly come to fear him.
Now, as far as Kifune goes, he is definitely up to something, the data he was recording during the menos fight had to be going somewhere, and the connection with the royal family? Im starting to think that he is apart of that assassin clan
we saw last episode that kifune is definetly working with the assassins, but for what? i agree, his data was going somwhere and it was most likely data about the other squads seding to the next big enemy so that they know how to take them down.
my theory, is that whatever the new enemy is, they are going to go after the squads seperatly, but then the squads will work within each other like amagai suggests, and they will defeat the bad guys.
as for amagai himself, im thinking that if captain Ukitaki and captain Kyoraku trust him, then he cant be all that bad. but yeah, i tihnk the Sake thing is just an act.
It all seems to logical to be that way, theres a reason why there are different squads. Yes, theyll become alot stronger and more cooperative, but if this enemy has the power to single you out, what will you do then? If all your power and training goes to co-op with mass squads, you cant fight alone
Exactly, thats what ive been thinking all along. Captain amagais training is great, but if any of the squad three fighters get caught without their buddies then what? there at like 1/3rd their origonal powers, and there going to be sitting ducks.

as for star ocean, ive never played it, i want to play the third one tho, which Org recomended to me.
The third one is till the end of time, which is amazing. First one i played, and i was sweet. Great battle system, the characters and move set was unique, and the whole emotion and relationship course they got going on in there, simply blows the mind.

Kifune bears some certain striking resemblances to a coupple of our Espada buddies. First of all, that scene in the bottom of the shaft two episodes ago with Kira wasnt all for not, and it brought up something interesting to me. one of the other Shinigami down there was a newbie, and wasnt fully trained in combat, so he lost. and what did kifune call him? trash, just like Ulquiorra Schiffer the 4th espada.
and second, if you take away the glasses, change the hair color, and make the outfit white, he sorta looks like sayzel apporo granz. the 8th espada.
lastly, not about Kifune, but i found it odd that we digress from an arc about espada, to an arc with an Espada like charecter. interesting. and im sure its not just there for no reason.

And i have noticed it, there was something odd bout them, just couldnt place, and after you said Kifune looks like one of the espada, i agree with you that he looks so much like Sayzel. Ive also noticed that amagai, occasionally reminds me of Aizen.
Even though Kifune and him looks like twins, i honestly dont think that there is anything to it. Since all this is is a filler arc, they cant put in huge plot twists into the story, since its not technically written from Tito Kibe’s works, it cant be directly involved with the main story, there can be some hints and whatever, but nothing major, still a good find though
it might however be an easy tie in to the rest of the arrancar arc that we just sorta abandoned for this filler arc.
I still want to freaking know why it went to the filler half way through the damn thing, that pissed me off beyond belief

Which is kinda like a filler for the manga, but made complete sense by the end, you should read it luna, itll open your eyes

Great game though. Synthesizing their ultimate weapons wastes so much money! I’m having an issue with Fayt’s final weapon. No matter what I do, I can’t get rid of the attack +50% and fol x 5. The only thing I’ve been doing is reloading the game every time the negative effect doesn’t remove itself. Any ideas for me Dark?
i think i only made one of the ultimate weapons, and all the other ones that i made ended up being jsut as good with half the effort.
And actually, dark, there was a certain way to get rid of those negatives, after i beat the game once, i bought a strategy guide and had a complete list of the weapons, i would help ya out but the guide is at home, there was like, a certain fol area that would work to negating the effects. I dont see how anyone could have gotten the complete works wihtout some sort of guide

Sony fan here, and if you ask me, its the beginning of what it needs to be. These damn exclusive games for 360 or ps3 or wii is defintly not needed, specially the top games H-a-l-o, Metal gear, Final Fantasy, and Splinter cell.
Oh, and blu-ra aint going anywhere in my opinion. The only bad thing bluray has going is price for players and movies, and other than that, its kicking the @$$ out of HD

well the whole mechanics off the wii-mote would actually work well with the keyblade and performing those reaction commands, so i see it working well if they can get the fluidity down pat.

Anyway, the true things from what I said: in terms of money etc. Microsoft has made a giant leap, and in terms of E3 Microsoft easily won (Nintendo had a crap conference, and Sony’s was useless).
Square does indeed love Microsoft a lot more, the only exclusive game the PS3 gets is FFVersus 13. Everything else is 360 exclusive or multiplatform.
Lastly, my sources have told me KH3 is indeed going to the Wii. Nothing is officially announced yet of course, but this guy was right about the PSP KH being a prequel and the DS KH being about Roxas, so I have a feeling he’s reliable.

I love the Wii but I feel that KH isn’t meant for that system. If KH3 was made for multiple systems then I wouldn’t care. At a minimum, it should be for the PS3.
If it goes multi-theres no doubt that the ps3 will be top notch system it goes too. I see them trying to use the wii to its advantage with its unique controls. And as far as the 360 goes, theyll buy rights in order to get it to the system, they do that alot
